Remove a blog or forum post

Could you please implement this as a link in the post/forum row to report abuse. An email will optionally (configurable) sent to administrator and an entry created in the abuse table, id abuse_target_table context_id int context_guid uniqueidentifier date_created New back office page to remove selected abuse records i.e. the records the abuse is referring to.
